*Animals: Please note, if you want to bring animals onto the residential property, please make sure you have discussed the animal policy with our office and understand that if accepted, both a animal deposit and animal rent will apply. Animal deposits are mostly refundable and are $300cat/$500dog. Animal rent is typically $25 per month per animal.
Each occupant over the age of 17 must fill out an application and pay a $60 app fee.
e will be reviewing credit history, income, rental and criminal history. The following 5 components constitute a completed application package by each applicant and/or guarantor:

Please understand, we prefer to see sustained very stable and trackable income/employment for not less than a consecutive 6 month period.
nderstand that during the application process the property will continue to remain on the market until we have a fully executed lease signed by all parties and your initial payment received.
