When we decided to downsize and find a smaller home in the historical district, Chris was exceedingly patient and knowledgeable as we began our search. We were quite specific in what we were looking for and were impressed with his knowledge of not only the houses listed in the MLS, but even in houses that were not listed but might be available. In the decision to put our home on the market even before we found one to buy, he was open to our opinion about the market value of our house but also utilized his own expertise to arrive at a price we were comfortable with, and the result was our house sold the first day it was listed.
