*Animals: Please note, if you want to bring animals onto the residential property, please make sure you have discussed the animal policy with our office and understand that if accepted, both a animal deposit and animal rent will apply. Animal deposits are typically refundable and are $300/$500 depending on age, weight and breed. Animal rent is typically $25 per month per animal.
Each occupant over the age of 17 must fill out an application and pay app fee.
Please fill everything out completely, leaving no blanks. We will be reviewing credit, criminal and rental history. The following constitutes a completed application package by each applicant and/or guarantor:
roof you have the gross monthly income not less than 3 times the monthly rental rate. This may be accomplished with a PDF copy of your last 2 months pay statements (or) direct deposit statements (or) in some cases the first two pages of last years 1040 tax return, signed and dated (or) in some cases proof of a large non-retirement savings balance
